Under the direction of the Purchasing Supervisor, the Commodity Lead is responsible responsible for developing and executing commodity strategies for resin and related materials, optimizing cost, quality, and supply chain performance. This role involves leading procurement activities, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Under the direction of the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, the Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for printing and shipping orders and receiving incoming goods. As well, this position receives returned goods. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will also be responsible for all verification of production counts and assisting with annual inventory. They will also lead the monitoring of inventory. This will be achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EMS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation. Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Maintenance and Automation Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day maintenance and repairs of the Plant Automation and Maintenance departments, including equipment maintenance, minimizing downtime, supporting new equipment installs, training and development of staff, and driving continuous improvements in the department and the plant. Troubleshoot and correct common material and material system problems. Complete moisture tests daily on Max 4000XL Moisture Analzyer and document results.
