Maintain accurate logs and records of ride train rehab status, downtime data, and return-to-service metrics. Use downtime and throughput data to continuously refine train rehab timing and scheduling models. Assist in coordinating vendor repairs, fabrication jobs, and third-party contractor work. Support the coordination of seasonal ride overhauls and winter maintenance planning. Communicate updates regularly with leadership and cross-functional partners. Help identify bottlenecks in ride rehab execution and propose process improvements. Qualifications: Strong organizational and project planning skills. Ability to understand maintenance cycles and mechanical/technical terminology. Basic understanding of mechanical systems, parts logistics, or ride operations preferred. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and project planning tools (Smartsheet or similar). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt plans as needed. Experience working in maintenance, engineering, or logistics environments preferred.
