Job Overview As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health services to patients. Under the direction of the Chief Behavioral Health Officer, you will work closely with individuals, families, and groups to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions. Preferred, but not required, you should ideally possess work experience beyond your licensure. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. The work environment is dynamic, and the caseload is manageable, encompassing a diverse population, including low-income and geriatric individuals. The role involves working with adolescents and adults, with a focus on adults. FQHC level, the focus typically revolves around addressing mild to moderate concerns. This involves conducting 1-hour intakes, with 30-minute sessions allocated for adults and 45-minute sessions for children. Patients are typically seen monthly, not weekly, averaging 12 patients per day. There is a particular need for FQHC therapists with expertise in providing therapy to children aged 5 to 10 years of age. CCBHC level is designed to address moderate to severe concerns, offering weekly therapy sessions lasting 45 minutes each. The average daily workload for therapy is set at 9 sessions. Specialized experience is sought for CCBHC therapists who have a background in working with pregnant and post-partum patients. What are the benefits? Experience and Education: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in wellness, massage therapy, or related field is preferred. - State licensure or certification in massage therapy and/or esthetics (as required). - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities. - Knowledge of spa safety and sanitation practices. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
