Pay Range: $35.34-$35.34 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY
Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities. Communicate with guests/customers when necessary to resolve maintenance issues.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladder. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

We are currently seeking a Fuel Transport Driver with an excellent driving record. Experience in the petroleum industry is preferred but not required. The right candidate will have a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and a minimum of 1 year's tractor/trailer driving experience. The Quality Technician Role
The Quality Technician will be responsible for supporting the Spindrift quality program across Spindrift's beverage portfolio, assist with maintenance of the retain library, assistance with recruiting and training internal sensory panelists, assist with collecting, synthesizing and archiving data as it relates to quality initiatives. Responsibilities include:
Assisting the Sensory Analyst with managing the Spindrift sensory program by supporting new panelist onboarding and training, product retain tastings onsite, raw material evaluations, and standard production retains
Assisting with managing the Product Retain Library to ensure it is neatly organized at all times, including maintaining an orderly process of receiving/processing product retains into the library upon arrival and the disposal/removal of out-of-date code samples
Supporting the creation and organization of quality documentation (i.e. SOPs, protocols, training documents and more as needed)
Collaborating with various teams within operations on the following activities:
Finished product releases as needed, including review of finished micro reports and sensory evaluations

Assist with qualification of new suppliers, including performing required sensory evaluation of raw materials to determine acceptability for use
Data entry and approval for specified raw materials into quality management system

Previous food safety experience, with experience in HACCP, GMP, USDA, or FDA preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Event Operations is a hybrid dayshift/overnight role that will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and execution of all event conversions within BMO Stadium. This role will be expected to work approximately 20% of the time overnight but may be subject to change depending on business needs.
From conception to execution, the Manager, Event Operations will devise cost efficient logistics and timelines that are conscious of the year-round event calendar. Leveraging third party relationships and stadium resources, this person shall ensure optimal fan experience and safety standards for all events. In addition, this position is also responsible for preventative maintenance, as it pertains to preserving conversion equipment and stadium assets.
This role reports to the Director, Facility Operations.
DAY-SHIFT ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Co-manage the part-time operations crew, full-time operations coordinators, and event operations schedules, project planning, budgets, and calendars to ensure the department is functioning efficiently and effectively.
Attend event planning meetings to ensure the Operations Department receives pertinent information to appropriately prepare staff and the facility for upcoming events.
Provide and maintain required training to part-time operations staff, including but not limited to heavy machinery, OSHA, and other event operations equipment.
Assist in planning and managing the department's annual operating budget and capital budget.
Lead internal event logistic planning meetings with other Operations teams to devise and summarize event timelines, estimates, and actuals.
Assist with management of stadium-wide inventory, including all major equipment, systems, and furniture. Contribute to the creation and implementation of departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs), including the event operations handbook, equipment maintenance and handling guidelines, fixed and event signage packages, and event operations set-up guidelines.
Supervise the installation and dismantle of various event operations equipment, including but not limited to, staging, tents, tables, chairs, stanchions, temporary/fixed signage, barricades, and stadium bowl seating.
Oversee and ensure completion of inspections, maintenance and repairs received from leadership.
OVERNIGHT SHIFT ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Execute required conversion requests from various departments and contractors to ensure the facility is ready for each individual event.
Manage communication of event conversion schedules, floor plans, diagrams, and inventory allocations to all event stakeholders.
Oversee and ensure preventative maintenance schedules, departmental SOPs, emergency procedures, and risk/safety policies are being adhered to and compliant with all governmental regulations, such as Cal/OSHA.
Manage installation and dismantle of various conversion equipment, including but not limited to staging, temporary flooring, trussing, demountable seating, and chair set/strike.
Document and maintain records of historical conversion data, including but not limited to expenses, damages, material costing timelines, checklists, and capital expenditures.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field from an accredited College/University required.
Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in facility operations, preferably at a venue/stadium.
Familiar with best practices for operating and converting different types of sports/entertainment venues, including but not limited to, staffing configurations/assignments and third-party vendor logistics.
Prior experience in executing major event facility conversions preferred.
Must be a forward thinking planner who can galvanize a team around long term initiatives.
Ability to work successfully independently and through cross functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to make sound decisions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
Possess a professional demeanor and can interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
Must possess exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written.
Advanced knowledge of the following computer programs: Microsoft Office (including, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Must possess a current and valid California Driver's License.
Must be able to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as the event calendar requires.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance and stand/walk for long period of time.
Forklift/Scissor lift certification preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
SALARY RANGE
At LAFC, we carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine a fair and equitable compensation package. The final offer amount will consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience and training. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure guidelines, the compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $80,000 per year.

Guest Experience Coordinator - Part-Time

The Guest Experience Coordinator will support the Concierge Team with tasks including but not limited to club administration, customer service, order entry, and events. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about providing excellent customer service, a strong team player, and excited about the wine industry. This role supports programs like wine clubs, experiences, and e-commerce sales.
This is a part-time role and candidates must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including weekends and some holidays.

Essential Functions
Customer Service
* Provides exceptional customer service to all guests
* Supports concierge service and assists guests with booking reservations, wine orders, and adding on to their experiences.
* Responsible for responding to guest inquiries, account updates and cancellation requests.
* Supports guest phone calls, emails, and additional communication methods as they are enabled.
* Follow up with guests who have shipping exceptions to ensure delivery of wine orders.
* Wine Club Administration & Tasting Room Events
* Creates and maintains relationships with members to build loyalty and client engagement.
* Check database for missing or incorrect member information and contact members to acquire correct information. Wine Direct experience preferred but not required.
* Update club member information upon request.
* Process special orders and requests for Wine Club member quarterly shipments
* Work with the Wine Club Coordinator to support Wine Club initiatives.
* Assists at club release events and other Wente events to support tasting room teams and engage with club members.
Industry & Digital Relations
* Supports on-property booking and planning of experiences and itineraries for identified industry, sales, and media guests as needed.
* Support social response and service through 3rd party digital properties and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, OpenTable, Etc.)
Physical Demands/Qualifications
* Requires the ability to sit for potentially long periods of time throughout the workday.

* Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone.
Non-Physical Demands/Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience in retail or hospitality preferred.

Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Attendant is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall cleanliness of the golf club's facilities, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of functionality, safety, and appearance. This role requires proactive attention to detail in maintaining the club's property, including indoor and outdoor spaces, to provide an exceptional environment for members and guests. The Facilities Maintenance Attendant will handle routine maintenance tasks, address repairs, and collaborate with other departments to resolve any facility-related issues promptly.
Reporting Structure
• Reports to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Day to Day
Maintain carpets clean by vacuuming and spot cleaning where necessary. Keep all floors swept, mopped, and polished, including courts, exercise rooms, stairwells, lobby and hallway areas, restrooms, and any other areas needed.
Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chair arms, desks, credenzas, chandeliers, pictures, televisions, woodwork, and artwork, including all ceiling HVAC registers.
Responsible for seeing that daily assignments are completed in their respective areas, to meet club standards and as communicated expectations (i.e. orderly/organized work areas, straighten/arrange entry area, picking up trash/debris, etc.).
Perform or contract facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs and maintenance including, but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings, special projects, and other related areas.
Responsible for maintaining a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements.
Communicate effectively with supervisor to coordinate, prioritize, document, and complete work requests from Department Heads, members, and guests.
Additional Duties
Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.
Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same.

About You
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the general facility, property maintenance, or golf club environment.
Preferred
Experience in performing minor repairs, painting, plumbing, or other related maintenance tasks is highly valued.
Previous training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.
Knowledge of and adherence to all OSHA regulations, electrical codes, and other compliance related facility maintenance.
