Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to office and field staff (hardware, software, networking, mobile devices). Support ERP, project management, and construction tech tools (e.g., Foundation, B2W, Trimble, Samsara, etc.). Perform system updates, backups, and troubleshooting under guidance from the IT Manager. Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments, mobile device (iOS) support, and network fundamentals. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Entra preferred.
