Measure training effectiveness and continuously refine content to improve outcomes and adoption. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business systems support, IT support, or technical training. Demonstrated experience delivering end-user training, facilitating workshops, and supporting onboarding for new and existing employees. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining structured training curricula, learning paths, and documented learning modules. Experience creating and managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar training platforms (e.g., course creation, updates, tracking completion). Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly training materials for diverse audiences. Experience developing user guides, job aids, knowledge bases, and self-service learning resources. Hands-on experience with CMiC highly preferred.
