Job Overview: The FACCSM / IT Support Specialist provides Functional Area Communications and Computer Systems Manager (FACCSM) and IT support for classified and unclassified environments. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide NIPR/SIPR desktop and system support. Install and maintain approved software. Perform SIPR token trusted agent duties. Support VTCs, conference rooms, and exercise IT needs. Provide end-user troubleshooting and training. Maintain IT inventory and access permissions. Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Requirements Minimum Requirements/Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of DoD IT support experience. Experience supporting classified environments. Strong customer service skills. Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens. Security Requirement: Active Secret Security Clearance required.
