The EPC Electrical Foreman supervises one or more Subcontractor electrical crews responsible for the installation of solar PV systems, monitoring the safety and quality of the Subcontractor's work and ensuring the work progresses in accordance with the contract documents and the CPM schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitors the subcontractor's daily work plans to ensure the highest level of workmanship to all elements of the
job. Provides guidance and direction to the electrical subcontractor with respect to the project quality and safety
requirements.
• Ensure the high-quality installation of electrical portions of project; including underground cabling, mod to mod
wiring, and DC collection system.
• Adhere and enforce all project policies and procedures.
• Monitor progress to ensure work is planned and executed in accordance with the project priorities and the CPM
schedule.
• Coordinate with other discipline subcontractors with regards to access and sequencing.
• Monitor Subcontractor's material inventory control of Contractor supplied system components and hardware.
• Ensure assigned Subcontractor maintains neat work areas and efficient utilization of laydown areas.
• Provide drawing, constructability, submittal reviews, and feedback with the engineering team, verifying that the
quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship conforms to the specifications and updates of the contract
documents.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Oversight of Electrical Subcontractors
• Review/monitor subcontractor's procurement of electrical resources, methods, staffing, look-ahead schedules
and coordination with other site activities
• Monitor Safety, Quality, and Efficiency of subcontracted work on every project
• Ensure subcontract crews have resources and support
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of commercial construction supervision experience
• Solar installation experience required.
• Journeyman electrician
• OSHA 10 certification
• NABCEO Entry Level Certification preferred.
• NABCEP PV Certification preferred.
• Must be able to read construction drawings/diagrams, and develop a working plan for implementation of design.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DC electrical.
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
• Work requires the ability to read and understand written instructions to understand simple processes
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Demonstrate competence necessary to perform the work.
• Solar Experience highly preferred.

Summary

What Your Job Will Be Like: We are seeking a High Voltage Electrical Trades On any given day, you may be called on to: + Operate and maintain Sandia's 115 KV, 46 KV, 12.47 KV, and 5 KV distribution and transmission systems, including all associated Master Unit Substations, 5 KV & 15 KV switches, feeders (both overhead and underground).
+ Operate/utilize insulated boom trucks and Digger Derrick trucks.

+ Obtain and analyze job information to layout, install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility electrical systems.
+ Work on low voltage single and multiphase distribution, lighting, control systems, associated fixtures, and components.
+ This position requires ability to work weekends and non-standard hours as needed.

Qualifications We Require:
+ Perform required periodic testing of systems and utilize a computerized database to maintain required records.
+ Perform work using industry standard safety practices such as: proper use and inspection of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and test equipment for confirmation of the de-energization of electrical circuits including but not limited to insulation resistance tester, digital multi-meter, and circuit tracers.
+ Devise tests, fabricate assemblies, or troubleshoot, as necessary.
+ Utilize a computerized database to maintain records and keep work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
+ May consult with other Tradespersons and provide direction to other employees as required.
+ Lay out, install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium and high voltage electrical systems.
+ Diagnose and correct malfunctions in complex electrical transmission and distribution systems and detect and mark all types of interior and exterior electrical utilities.
+ Work involves bucket truck and digger-derrick pole truck operation.
+ Perform switching procedures and techniques; conduct high voltage testing procedures; and use cable splicing and HV termination techniques.
+ Perform work using industry-standard safety practices, techniques, and sequences for determining the de-energization of high voltage circuits; installation and removal of grounding clusters; demonstrate knowledge of test equipment to troubleshoot high voltage electrical circuits; work with facilities/construction engineers to evaluate, plan, and coordinate utility spotting activities.
+ Must have experience in the construction of HV equipment/systems and an understanding of the associated hazards involved. Must have working knowledge of SNL's high voltage electrical transmission and distribution systems and complete SNL's High Voltage Mentorship Program.
+ Obtain the mobile crane certification.
+ Lay out, install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain specialized facilities, electrical fire alarm systems, intrusion alarm systems, inverters, emergency lights, overhead doors, vehicle gates and building grounding and distribution systems including transfer switches and standby/emergency generator systems.
+ Troubleshoot and repair communication systems, control and alarm systems, and associated computer equipment interfaces.
+ Responsibilities include thermographic scanning, diagnosing and correcting malfunctions in highly specialized electrical and electronic test equipment, and electromechanical circuits and devices associated with facility and process equipment and test equipment including infrared thermography, communications transmission system test equipment, and three-point ground resistivity meters.
+ Work on complex electrical, electronic, and electromechanical systems, circuits, and devices associated with facility and process equipment.
+ Diagnose and correct malfunctions in electrical systems, circuits, and components.
+ Knowledge of SNL's Low Voltage Electrical Distribution systems.
+ Will perform appropriate, auxiliary, or related duties in the general area of work activity necessary to accomplish the above.
+ This position may have to work swing shift (2:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 hours daily).
Qualifications We Desire:
+ Experience working on electrical systems above 600VAC.
+ Journeyman's EE 98J Electrical license or equivalent education and hands-on experience.
+ Requirements include completion of a 4-year State approved electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent.
+ Typical experience includes minimum of 3-5 years as a fully qualified Electrical Tradesperson and can obtaining a journeyman's license.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, an excellent attendance record, and punctuality.
+ Ability to work alone when necessary or as a member of a team.
+ Ability to lead the work of other related craft workers.

Entry Level Electrical Apprentice and/or General Laborer. Seeking full-time, professional, motivated individual looking for long term career growth in the electrical field. Main duties include installing interior and exterior light fixtures and systems, under the guidance of an experienced electrician. No previous experience required. Main office located in Ashland, VA. Only required to report to the job site.
Essential Duties:
Assists with general electric work including installation, repair, and maintenance.
Assists with installs of new wiring, motors, generators, electrical fixtures, pumps, valves, dials, gauges and other apparatus, and maintains and repairs lines.
Be able to perform: routine and repetitive tasks, work easily and skillfully with hands, climb and maintain balance on scaffolds or ladders. See well (naturally or with correction) and distinguish colors; Reach for, handle, and grasp wires and hand tools.
Bend, crouch, and work in small places; and lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted, bending, standing crouching, climbing and walking.
Performs other duties as assigned.

**Civil Carpenter Helper**
Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, using carpenter's hand tools and power tools. Must have knowledge of structural design, the ability to read blueprints, and simple layouts. Must have knowledge of construction trade, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Other duties may be assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
+ Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
+ Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
+ Erect and destroy concrete forms, scaffolding, and ramps above ground level.
+ Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools.
+ Maintain records, document actions, and present written progress reports.
+ Construct forms or chutes for pouring concrete.
+ Verify trueness of structure, set grade, check for plumb, etc.
+ Mix, transfer and extend materials such as concrete and asphalt.
+ Fabricate and install concrete reinforcing bars.
+ Place and finish concrete.
+ Maintain clean job site, pick up tools/equipment, secure job site each day-eliminate potential hazards.
+ Be able to operate a forklift.
+ Be able to move or rearrange furniture.

+ Replace doors, walls and build stairs as needed.
