What You Will Do:
The role as an Appian Journeyman Developer at Guidehouse is critical in designing, developing, and implementing Appian-based applications to meet business needs and drive success. Develop custom plug-ins, interfaces, and services using Appian.
Configure Appian environments, including user management, design, and integration with other systems.
Design and develop Appian interfaces using Appian SAIL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to Appian development.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications.
Collaborate on proof of concept and other activities as new Appian product and technical capabilities are released.
What You Will Need:
US Citizenship and must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc
A MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of professional experience including at least THREE (3) years of experience in Appian development
Active Appian Associate Developer certifications and ability to achieve additional relevant certifications upon hire
Experience with Appian platform, including Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, etc
Experience with Java, SQL, and web services
Understanding of Appian development best practices
Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems
Selected candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Mechanic will provide the following services: routine maintenance and support, environmental monitoring, and Site development construction support.
Routine Maintenance and Support Work will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Assist the site supervisor in maintaining the daily Operation Log and monitoring the groundwater gradient monitoring system, by completing daily inspections and completing daily inspection logs.
Maintenance of the process pumps: quarterly check of bolts, packing and alignment, and an annual performance test.
Monitor the groundwater collection and transfer operation: monitor system performance and maintain all valves and process piping within the tank room and truck transfer bay.
Annual cleaning of the two 11,000-gallon storage tanks and inspection/cleaning of the truck transfer bay collection sump.
Repair/re-thread man-hole lid bolt threads and roadway vault access hatch threads
Maintenance of the extraction well system pressure gauges at least quarterly or more frequently as determined by the Honeywell site representative.
Measure water levels of the piezometers to verify the accuracy of the ultrasonic water level measurements on a monthly basis.
Monthly inspections of the extraction well vaults and any maintenance activities identified during the inspection.
Inspection and maintenance of the valves (testing opened and closed) and pressure relief valves on a monthly basis.
Assist in monitoring the pumping activities of each well system pump and, monthly, inspect the well system pumps by turning them on and off if they do not already cycle on at least a monthly basis.
Control vegetative growth on the outboard embankment with an annual herbicide application.
Portions of the site will be inspected for the presence of debris. General trash will be removed as access and safe conditions allow.
Periodic visual inspection of the site surface soil and multimedia caps, to detect any problems with the cap system. The cap surface will be inspected annually and after storms to detect water ponding that may indicate settlement.
Calibrate 4-gas confined space entry meters.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Ironworker in commercial or industrial construction.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
* Strong understanding of safety procedures and fall protection.
* Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
* OSHA certification or related safety training preferred.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described below are representative of those necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role on a construction site. This role requires significant physical exertion, including the ability to navigate active construction areas with uneven terrain, temporary and permanent stairs, ladders, scaffolding, and personnel hoists. Constant standing, walking, and performing repetitive physical tasks are required daily. The employee must frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing over 50 pounds with assistance or team lifting techniques. This position requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and reaching (above and below shoulder level). The employee must possess sufficient physical dexterity and balance to work safely at various heights and in confined spaces. Visual acuity (including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus) is essential for tasks such as reading instructions, operating equipment, and ensuring safety. Adequate hearing (with or without assistive devices) is required to understand instructions and warnings in a noisy environment.
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those an employee encounter while performing the essential functions of this role at a Clark Construction site. The employee will regularly work outdoors and may be exposed to varying and potentially extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow. The work environment frequently involves exposure to moving mechanical equipment, high noise levels, dust, fumes, airborne particles, vibrations, and potential electrical hazards. Work regularly occurs at heights and in confined spaces. The employee must be able to work safely around heavy equipment and construction traffic. The noise level in the work environment is typically loud, requiring the consistent use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, and adherence to all Clark Construction's comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Due to the nature of the projects, deadlines, and client's requirements, the role frequently requires working more than 40 hours per week.
