DEPARTMENT: Maintenance SUPERVISOR: Maintenance Supervisor The purpose of the Maintenance Helper position is assist the Maintenance Supervisor is maintaining a safe and functional physical environment for residents and facility staff. May assist in moving residents from room to room and preparing rooms for new admits. For a shelter-in-place emergency, the Maintenance Helper may be required to stay on the premises. For an evacuation emergency, Maintenance Helper may be called out to assist or travel with residents to new locations.
