Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances Read and interpret blueprints, building codes, and schematics Inspect plumbing systems to identify and repair issues related to leaks, clogs, or inefficiencies Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using hand and power tools Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems Collaborate with other construction professionals such as electricians, HVAC technicians, and general contractors Maintain compliance with all Illinois Plumbing Code and local ordinances Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation as required Respond to emergency calls for plumbing issues outside regular business hours, as needed Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Position Description The Wally's overnight food service team member works as a member of the Food Service Team, and is responsible for the production of Wally's food menu items, and the cleaning of equipment and stations, as well as offering great guest service. Successful food service team members are able to work individually or as a member of a team in creating quality food items in a fast past production environment, meet or exceed food production requirements, and maintain sanitary requirements of their assigned station and equipment while creating a guest-centric atmosphere. Responsibilities and Duties Provide an upbeat, polite, pleasant guest experience while performing duties in a timely fashion. Follow and comply with Standard Operating Procedures, Company Policies, Team Member Handbook, and directives given by management. Prepare Wally's food menu items using food production equipment, kitchen utensils, and other kitchen materials following SOP(s) and policies. Maintain adequate stock levels for ingredients and supplies in the production of Wally's food menu items. Clean and sanitize work stations, utensils, pans, and dishes; meeting or exceeding state mandated hygiene requirements. Meet or exceed food production requirements to maintain high volume sales.
