Total Compensation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Cleaning and preparing a job site, including the removal of debris, garbage, trees, etc.
* Loading and unloading building materials.
* Operating a variety of tools and machines such as shovel, blowtorches, jackhammers, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.
* Caring for tools used on job sites and keeping them in safe and clean working order.
* Safely operating equipment and vehicles as needed.

All that we need from you is the following:
Solid technical aptitude and HVAC basics understanding
Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and in tight crawl spaces
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
While no experience is needed, we encourage candidates to have a strong mechanical aptitude. Being EPA and NATE certified is a plus, but not required!
