A Customer Service Assistant (CSA) is responsible for loading equipment onto trucks, guiding the Customer Service Representative (CSR) to aircraft, and moving equipment from the truck to the aircraft galley. A roof loader helps unload multiple bundles of shingles to the ground or rooftop as well as other building materials. Rooftop loading may be on a flat or sloped roof and on one or two stories. Safety is always the number one priority for a roof loader. Rooftop loaders may also help load the truck as well as check the order for accuracy. This is normally a Monday through Friday shift, most often with early starts time.
