Job Description
Assist the driver in finding safe parking to make the delivery
Check in with store manager or team leader as to the inside store delivery locations
Assist driver in product identification and counting of freight
Safely move and unload freight onto the liftgates and into the store to designated locations Safely re-secure freight in the vehicle between stores deliveries
Collect empty totes from each store for re-loading onto truck
Ensure that all material handling products are re-loaded on the truck before departing each store.
Assist driver in paperwork collection and paperwork completion of daily paperwork needs
Assist in housekeeping of truck and trailer. Trailer cleanliness will speed up your delivery process and make the trailer a safer working environment for all employees.
