Delivery Helper REPORTS TO: Delivery Supervisor HOURS: Full-Time, Monday - Friday DESCRIPTION: This position is accountable for assisting in the delivery and merchandising of all products on an assigned route. The primary duties include adherence to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales and minimized returns. The Delivery Helper will follow the approved Delivery Structure and Processes and will assist in identifying and fulfilling spot sales opportunities. The Delivery Helper will maintain product freshness and will move product as necessary which includes, but is not limited to moving and lifting 25 - 160 lbs during delivering, merchandising, and storing products.
