Our client, a leader in logistics and transportation, is seeking a Late Freight Truck Coordinator to join their team. As a Late Freight Truck Coordinator, you will be part of the Logistics department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Late Freight Truck Coordinator
**Location:** Willmar, MN
**Pay Range:** $18.50 per hour
**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 40 hours
**What's the Job?**
+ Maintain late truck email: Communicate late delivery information and provide follow-up correspondence per department procedures.
+ Work closely with the Appointment Coordinator to alert necessary personnel of potential late trucks as identified by track and trace.
+ Communicate any WM/Sam's issues with deliveries to the WM vendor Management team.
+ Run Wal-Mart appointment verification daily and cross-check AS 400.
+ Administer late coding for late customer deliveries and track/report per period.

+ Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - data entry.

Driver Helper will be responsible for delivering orders to customers on time and in good condition while maintaining a professional demeanor along with using preferred work methods to perform the job safely and successfully while satisfying the customer.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Unload and verify all returning products with the appropriate check-in personnel.
+ Pad, stack, and secure items in position to prevent damage during shipment.
