The Driver Helper is responsible for providing superior customer service while performing his/her duties. Essential Functions: Business On a daily basis, delivers the customer-purchased product to assigned accounts Stock coolers and shelves neatly with product, and ensure proper rotation of product with every delivery Picks up all empty cases and or kegs at their respective stops daily Ensures all safety policies and other Company policies and procedures are adhered to all times People Communicates with customers and co-workers as needed to ensure superior customer service Communicates all problems or issues to immediate supervisor without delay Reports and resolves all customer service issues both internal and external in a timely manner Responsible for the communication and documentation of all accident, incidents, and injuries which occur in the delivery function Self-Organization Demonstrates the ability to evaluate and solve problems Able to complete tasks in the committed timeframe Able to adapt to changes and demonstrate flexibility to overcome obstacles Required Skills: High School Diploma or GED required Valid NYS Driver's License with satisfactory driving record 2 years' general employment experience required, related delivery and/or merchandising experience preferred.
