Experience to include Reading and Taking Measurements, Welding Principles, Basic Mechanics, Power Tools, Industrial Safety * Or 2+ years as an experienced Welder - Industrial Math, Weld, Reading, Blueprints & Schematics and must be able to pass either a 6" Carbon Steel pipe, stick weld test or a 2" Stainless steel tig weld test. * AWS, WABO or equivalent weld certifications a plus. * Experience reading and taking measurements, welding principles, basic mechanics, power tools, industrial safety. * Formal apprenticeship or education preferred. * Self-motivated, results driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision or direction. * Basic knowledge and experience in computer usage. * High School Diploma or G.E.D * Must be able to work rotating shifts. * Must be able to pass a multi-phase physical. * Must agree to complete sub-journeyman training program through training and testing provided by the company to reach Journeyman level status. Compensation Offered * Starting wage of $30.93/hour.
