In your role as the Residential Lead Plumber, you will be the primary technical expert responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of residential plumbing systems. Ensure all service work adheres strictly to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety protocols. Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone for efficient service documentation, work order management, and professional communication. Ensure the company vehicle is fully stocked, organized, and properly maintained. Complete all service-related paperwork accurately and promptly, including closeout documents and detailed reports. Requirements Required: 3-5 years of experience in residential service plumbing and repair. P-2 (Plumbing and Piping Limited) License is REQUIRED. Demonstrated experience in taking ownership of jobs, providing high-level diagnostics, and leadership or mentoring. Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems, including water, waste, and vent systems.
