Finishing Helper FULL-TIME
$20.03/hr, plus $2500 new hire bonus, see details below
Duties include manufacturing packaging materials with a high speed web process, hand packing products for shipment, maintaining consistent quality, performing basic assembly and using a standing fork truck to place pallets onto warehouse train for pickup.
This is a great opportunity to start a career with a company invested in your success. The position will be active in developing a culture of an incident-free workplace, continuous improvement, and results-orientated success. The plant is a 24/7 operation. Successful applicants must be available to work all shifts and overtime.
12 hour shift schedule: Days 6:30 am to 6:30 pm shift pattern of 2-2-3, Nights 6:30 pm to 6:30 am shift pattern of 4-3-3-4 8 hour shift schedule: Days 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Swing 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, Nights 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. There is a $0.40/hour shift differential for day shift and $0.90 shift differential for night shift.

Schedule


Shift start: 6:30AM or 2:30PM or 10:30PM
Shift length: 8 hours
Rotating between a 12 hour shift schedule and an 8 hour shift schedule. There is a $0.40/hour shift differential for day shift and $0.90/hour shift differential for night shift.
