Qualifications: REQUIRED: 3 or more years of experience installing sprinkler systems Preferred: 5 or more years of experience installing sprinkler systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Skilled in the use of tools and equipment related to sprinkler fitting and fire protection systems. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostic abilities. Demonstrated ability to work safely in accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with team members, apprentices, and management. Capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and working in a variety of environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas. Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
