The Laborer II position is performed on a part-time basis and is classified as Regular Personnel with nonexempt is to assist with the maintenance (including repairs and improvements) of all grounds, facilities and equipment of the Norridge Park District. As a Helper A you will perform interior and exterior preventative and repair maintenance in our apartment community, including but not limited to general maintenance requests, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliances.
