Equipment Operation Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment after training. Perform rigging tasks to prepare materials heavier than 50 pounds for transport. Support simple maintenance and production tasks under supervision. General Labor & Facility Upkeep Sweep floors, handle deliveries and pick-ups, and assist with groundskeeping. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Ability to read drawings and blueprints is a plus. Basic knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools is beneficial. Key Attributes: Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance & punctuality). Willingness to learn and take on various tasks as assigned. Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety protocols. Work Environment & Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
