Experience: 1+ year of HVAC or related hands-on experience preferred
What Youll Do:
Assist lead installers with the removal and installation of residential HVAC systems
Help install ductwork, gas lines, flue pipes, and IAQ products under supervision
Support with soldering, brazing, and refrigerant line installation
Keep job sites clean and organized before and after each installation
Work safely and efficiently as part of a 2-person install team
Learn the ins and outs of HVAC system installationsour leads are expected to teach!
What Were Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical work
A strong work ethic and a desire to grow your skills in the trade
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight areas
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
EPA certification is a plus, but not required (well help the right candidate earn it!)
