    THE DEPARTMENT: The Information Technology Department is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a secure technology infrastructure to support the Product, People, Promotion, Place and Profit areas of Helzberg Diamonds. It accomplishes this through the design, development and deployment of automated systems to meet the information and process needs of each major line of business: human resources, merchandise, marketing, finance, stores, and E-Commerce. In addition to these lines of business applications, the IT organization is responsible for the collection and correlation of all company electronic information assets into an enterprise Data Warehouse which is used to support the overall analytical and reporting information needs of the business. POSITION SUMMARY: The Store Systems QA Analyst will partner with the development teams responsible for store-facing and supporting software development to ensure quality delivery of software features on POS. The ideal candidate has experience developing functional tests for desktop-based software applications. This position requires a highly competent, self-directed individual who can help define QA process and ensure adherence to quality standards. The QA Analyst will be responsible for validating that new features and enhancements meet the requirements of business stakeholders by comparing test results against functional documentation. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Perform testing of system fixes, enhancements, and new functionality to ensure issues are resolved and new functionality is working as designed. * Perform new release regression testing to ensure all aspects of applications, including interfaces, are working correctly. * Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining functional tests, processes, and strategies. * Ensure test results are documented, evaluated, and disseminated; collaborate on troubleshooting issues. * Communicate and report on the status of the release test activities to respective stakeholders. * Write clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test results. * Manage competing deadlines in an agile development environment. * Provide testing support post-Production of releases. * Provide first and second level assistance for store system issues. The department is a collaborative team of professionals dedicated to creating the best customer experience in the jewelry business. POSITION SUMMARY: Customer Care Representatives provide high touch customer service for our Helzberg customers. Customer care assists customers with sales, provide product information to shoppers, resolve purchase issues, and research questions. Our Representatives interact with many departments within the corporate office as well as with our Store Managers, Regional Managers, and of course our customers to resolve difficult situations. Customer Care Representatives must be passionate about customers, detail oriented, good at problem solving, have a sincere interest in learning all they can, and enjoy working in a fun atmosphere that is fast paced. This is a full time, M-F, position that does have occasional Sat. shifts. Shifts are subject to change based on volume and company needs. Some mandatory overtime may be required depending on volume. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Assisting customers with their online purchases via phone, chat, email, on camera video assistance, and social media.
