Store Operations Responsible for cycle counting and maintaining desirable inventory level in assigned department(s). Work with management staff to ensure preventative maintenance and repairs are completed in order to maximize and protect all physical assets (i.e. building, fixtures and equipment). Ensure accurate receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise in assigned department(s). Responsible for maintenance of back stock levels in assigned department(s). Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area, especially in assigned department(s). Assist with overall maintenance of the store. Ensure that weekly price changes are done in assigned department(s). Ensure that monthly cycle counts and negative on hand reports are completed in assigned department(s). Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor including end caps and ad merchandise. Assist with merchandise resets throughout store, especially in assigned department(s). Ensure signage is current in assigned department(s). Operate forklift with proper training. Communicate any Store Support Center issue to General Manager for follow up. Participate in store meetings. Communicate any merchandising, cost control or sales ideas to General Manager. Be professional in appearance and actions. Perform all other duties as assigned. Service Technician- Vending and Coffee As a Vending and Cofee service technician, you work with coffee equipment manufacturers, coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores to repair, troubleshoot, install machines, and related equipment. Your responsibilities are to service various coffee, tea and vending machines, after installations regular inspections and maintenance. You will carry out your duties by assisting in person, through email and over phone assistance. Must have previous electrical or technical experience! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Drives a service van or box truck to and from customer locations Loads and unloads vehicle with equipment, parts, and product Diagnose and repair all Capitol Coffee equipment, while ensuring all safety protocols are followed Responsible to obtain signed equipment loan agreement for all installs from each customer and return paperwork to office at the end of shift Clean coffee equipment as needed Make filter changes and CO2 tank swaps, as assigned Reports issues with vehicle to manager and ensures truck is brought in for routine maintenance Physical Requirements Able to climb into and out of truck cab and back of truck multiple times per shift Be on feet throughout the day in customer facilities Able to walk, climb, balance, stoop and kneel Able to use hand tools such as screw drivers and crimpers Must be able to manipulate hands and arms to work on the inside of machines Must be able to safely lift 50-100 pounds from ground to counter height Load and unload equipment with an average weight of 50-100 pounds.     Under the supervision of the operations leadership, Service Technicians will be held to a high standard of service. ICEE has a commitment to success: to our customers, partners, and team members. Service Technicians are required to service all ICEE and restaurant equipment including Frozen Carbonated and Non-Carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, juice dispensers, etc. Service Technicians will work with minimal supervision and are required to attend weekly meetings held in their Service Center. Team members in this role are provided with a vehicle, uniforms, tools, cell phone, tablet, and gas card. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Receives dispatched service calls as assigned and ensures a prompt response based on estimated time of arrival (ETA). Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots or diagnoses service problems, and completes repairs as needed. Checks quality of all products i.e.: checking syrup levels, changing out flavors, cleaning around machines, etc. Maintains inventory and maintenance on equipment such as: parts, tools, and the company vehicle. Reviews service orders and service performed with the respective supervisor. Keeps his/her supervisor informed of customer concerns, needs, and up-selling opportunities. Documents all work performed and close out all activities upon completion. Clearly communicates with both customers and co-workers. Performs assigned general warehouse duties including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, rotating product, shipping and receiving of equipment, parts, and product. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor. COMPETENCIES: To perform this job successfully, the Service Technician must be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Must be able to successfully maintain customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations, and service. Strong mechanical aptitude. Excellent organization and time management skills. Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Great oral and written communication skills. Must be comfortable performing basic mathematical functions as well. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Candidates must be located in 30-minute radius of the Support Center High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical background. Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Ability to lift 75 lbs. or more on a regular basis. Occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs. required. Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time. Must have and wear steel-toed shoes.
