What You'll Do:
As a Technical Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will provide technical support and drive technical approvals within the Paints, Inks, and related markets across North America, with a critical focus on paper and textiles applications. This role will primarily center on our Hyperdispersants platform, while also covering our full Additives portfolio, including rheology control, adhesion promoters, and surface modifiers.
In close collaboration with AccountManagers, you will play a key role in converting technical projects and approvals into commercial success. Your responsibilities will include presenting our value proposition, ensuring proper product use in the field, and bridging the gap between technical validation and business growth. Additionally, you will capture market needs directly from customers, contribute to product development initiatives, and maintain a robust project pipeline across keyaccounts.
What We're Looking For:
* Collaborate closely with AccountManagers to convert technical approvals and project wins into commercial sales, aligned with North America business priorities.
* Deliver professional and timely technical support to customers across paper, textiles, paints, inks, and coatings markets, ensuring project needs and inquiries are fully addressed.
* Support successful implementation of new product launches and entry into new market segments.

What You'll Do:
Lubrizol is seeking an experienced Nutra AccountManager to drive growth and strengthen relationships with strategic accounts and our North America distributor. This role focuses on developing new commercial opportunities, managingkey partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer service in the nutraceutical market. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the Nutra industry and proven B2B sales experience.
What We're Looking For:
Strategic AccountManagement: Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts and the North America distributor; develop account-specific strategies to achieve business objectives.
Sales Growth & Account Development: Identify and pursue upselling, cross-selling, and new solution opportunities across brands, CDMOs, and nutraceutical markets to meet or exceed sales targets.

Sales Reporting: Track and report on opportunity pipeline and sales forecasts; take proactive measures to meet financial goals.
Skills That Make a Difference:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Proven track record as a true hunter, consistently driving new business development and aggressively pursuing opportunities to expand market share.
Strong network within the Nutra industry in North America (Brands, CDMOs, Innovators).
Experience with nutraceutical ingredients preferred.
