We are seeking a full-time QRC to cover the St. Cloud, MN area. This position is responsible for the consultation, development, and implementation of the rehabilitation plan. A QRC works independently using his/her own discretion to assist injured workers/consumers in their recovery so that they may return to work. The QRC works with all parties to the claim including: the injured person, the claim's examiner, employer, attorneys (plaintiff and defense) and medical providers.

Responsibilities:

* MN QRC license or QRC intern required.
* If an RN, current, unrestricted registration as a licensed nurse (RN) in MN required; or
* A Master's level (MA) in Vocational Rehabilitation or related fields; or
* A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy1; and
* Case Managers may also need regional or national certifications and must adhere to the standards of practice outlined by the specific national certifying body or the jurisdictionally accepted standards of practice.
* Two years of full-time equivalent direct clinical experience to the consumer (required for casework referred from Accounts requiring accredited case management).

**POSITION PURPOSE** This position provides high-quality, professional customer service to internal and external customers as well as initial responses to customers seeking assistance in the Pine Technical and Community College Student Affairs Department. Student Affairs Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service, understanding simple and complex issues involving Admissions, Financial Aid, Advising, and wrap around services in the Student Affairs Department. Asking inquiring questions is critical before referring to appropriate staff or departments. This position provides technical support for using e-Services, including registration, financial aid, scheduling courses, billing, etc. Answers calls promptly and provides accurate information to callers and routes calls appropriately. Develops rapport and trust with prospective, applicant, and current students to promote understanding of college policy, procedures, and operations.

1. Process Student Data: Responsible for processing both prospective student and applicant information in ISRS. Process new and existing student data in ISRS including collecting, recording, uploading, and verifying prospective and applicant student information.
