RIM has an APA accredited postdoctoral residency in clinical neuropsychology and is a founding member of the Association of Postdoctoral Programs in Clinical Neuropsychology (APPCN). The department also has neuropsychology graduate students from local universities who complete practice in the Department of Rehabilitation Psychology and Neuropsychology at RIM. The department is also the hub for the Southeastern Michigan Traumatic Brain Injury System, one of the 16 TBI Model Systems that carries out longitudinal outcome studies in persons with TBI. Qualifications: Education - Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with specialty training in Neuropsychology, including a two year postdoctoral residency in Clinical Neuropsychology. Must be license eligible in Michigan. Experience - Required: The applicant should have experience in working with patients with neurological conditions and performing neuropsychological evaluations, especially with individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, stroke, anoxic injuries, neoplastic disease, dementia, and movement disorders.
