The Opportunity
Within Aeroflow, the Urology team is comprised of many different roles, with all one purpose - to provide great customer service to our new and current patients.
As a customer account representative, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies.
This is a fully remote position; however, it is not a flexible or on-demand schedule. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment where you can handle back-to-back phone calls and maintain focus throughout your shift.
Please note: Working remotely is not a substitute for childcare. Candidates must have appropriate arrangements in place to ensure they are fully available and able to respond to calls and tasks as they come in throughout the workday.
Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Customer Account Representative. CAR is typically responsible for:
Handling a high-volume number of both incoming and outgoing phone calls daily
Updating account information, such as: product needs, insurance, contact information, etc.
Placing resupply orders for current patients that receive incontinence supplies and catheters
Researching insurance payer requirements and understanding reimbursement procedures
Troubleshooting equipment problems and offering product changes
Maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality
Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

Essential Duties:
Managing a service desk (ServiceNow) ticket queue which includes triaging incoming requests, managing escalations to Addus team members, building out new worker login profiles, device buildout, user errors, and assisting branches in clearing claims or preventing ineligible claims.
Consult with HCHB's Customer Experience team as needed to provide solutions to HCHB errors.
Submit and follow up on HCHB Support Tickets.
Assist in project tasks related to new agency acquisitions.
Communicate with branches via phone, email, and live chat in a timely fashion to identify and resolve reported issues.
Identifying trending issues and providing thorough research and documentation of findings.
Effectively provide consultation and education on the appropriate use of all products within the HCHB Suite.

Maintain daily communications with customers without direction.

Engage with other team members including Bio med engineers, Security Operations Center Agents and Remote Technical Engineers to ensure they are aware of the status of all security related issues at all times for their designated customers.
Effectively communicate and partner with teammates and colleagues.
Understand and communicate business goals and objectives to the broader GE team servicing assigned customer on device security.
Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities (e.g., maintaining device level security information and internal service records in a timely manner, patch validation status, clinical device security and networking attributes - OS, MAC address, etc).
Utilize the GEHC escalation process, as needed, and work closely with security operations center agents to define and support implementation of corrective action plans to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Identify potential sales leads and participate in sales opportunities (e.g., contract renewals, assist with promoting and implementing of revenue programs).
Keep up to date with competitor information, device security bulletins and market trends.
Identify business opportunities for the organization.
May include basic/refresher application training of clinical staff and customer security/IT personnel on designated equipment
Qualifications :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment;
OR equivalent military education and 2+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment;
OR High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner.
Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
Experience with Web applications and technological programs (e.g., IPad, Iphone Microsoft Office Suite).
Capable of performing special physical requirements (e.g., able to lift, carry, push, pull up to 35 lbs unassisted; and frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand for long periods of time; and reach at, above, below shoulder level; and flex/extend neck; and has good hand, finger dexterity and specific vision abilities including color, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception).

The Regional Call Center Operator is responsible for day-to-day operations of Bronson Communication Services, which receives an average of 39,000 calls per month. These responsibilities encompass processing incoming calls for Bronson Methodist Hospital, Bronson Battle Creek Hospital and other Bronson entities, paging in-hospital personnel, physicians and orders for Kalamazoo and Battle Creek, executing code procedures for Kalamazoo and Battle Creek, processing changes to Smart Web on-call calendars for the Bronson system, and processing after hours calls for all Bronson practices system wide. Employees providing direct patient care must demonstrate competencies specific to the population served.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
1-2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
Previous computer/ call center experience preferred.
