Job Duties
• Independently analyze public and HAP internal data and information to develop a preliminary assessment of facts to determine if a full investigation is warranted. Develop an investigative strategy and approach to complete the investigation.
• Assembles evidence and documentation to support successful adjudication, where appropriate.
• Conducts on-site audits of provider records, ensuring appropriateness of billing practices.
• Conduct interviews with providers, employees, members, and witnesses as part of the investigative process.

• Independently develop new cases based on proactive data mining efforts.
• Respond to a complaint, take statements, document effectively, and identify any fraud, waste, or abuse.
• Identify patterns and trends to generate new investigative leads.

Summary Description / Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, performs non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic evaluations including Stress Echo, Dobutamine and 2-D Echo with Doppler and Color Flow; assists with Transesophageal Echocardiograms under supervision of a physician. Uses procedural data obtained and impression formed to evaluate Cardiovascular disease both functionally and anatomically.
Conducts clinical evaluations on patients; analyzes and interprets test results and determines if additional tests are required for diagnostic accuracy. Performs non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic evaluations for anatomical and functional assessments. Performs comprehensive cardiovascular clinical analysis including obtaining patient history, physical examination and auscultation.
Performs qualitative and quantitative real-time 2-D Echocardiograms with Doppler and Color Flow, Stress Echos, Dobutamine, and assists with Transesophageal Echocardiograms.
Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis and interpretation of all graphic and video recordings obtained. Determines whether additional procedures are necessary based on clinical analysis performed. Selects and performs appropriate procedure(s) and is responsible for integrating clinical findings and testing results into an overall diagnostic impression.
Assist subordinate technical personnel as necessary (i.e. assistant with clinical impressions and review of diagnostic findings as necessary) and also participates in instruction of post-graduate medical trainees in laboratory methods, procedures analysis, and interpretive findings.
Discusses clinical and diagnostic findings with medical staff and may occasionally communicate findings to attending and/or referring physicians. Operates and maintains testing equipment, instruments and supplies consistent with established standards.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications

3. Summary Description
Coordinator of Diagnostic Imaging Systems is an on-site, front-end user expert responsible for overseeing the daily operations of imaging applications. In collaboration with the Market Radiology Director, Information Systems, and the Specialist-in-Chief of Radiology, this role supports radiologists, technologists, and customers who use these applications.
Key Responsibilities
The coordinator is the primary point of contact for all imaging application users. They function as a liaison between the Radiology department and internal/external stakeholders and must be able to work independently.
· Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users to ensure they understand and maximize the functionality of imaging applications. The coordinator must possess teaching skills to effectively support both physicians and technical staff.
· Front-End Application Management: Manage and provide support for front-end imaging applications.
· Customer Service: Ensure an elevated level of customer satisfaction by resolving user issues and addressing concerns. This requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, as well as diplomacy and tact. The role also involves using conflict resolution skills when dealing with policy issues.
· Technical Liaison: Coordinate hospital information systems (HIS) to maintain accurate and timely data flow.

Qualifications:

Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, and according to established policies and procedures, performs a variety of duties in the OR and related areas to assist the surgical team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Scrubs on all types of operating procedures; handles surgical instruments, sutures & sponges; anticipates the needs of the surgeon, assisting as necessary. Summary Description

Professionally Recognized Medical Assistant Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA/CMA), American Medical Technologists (RMA), National Health Career Associations Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), and National Center for Competency Testing National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with completion of a formal clinical externship (160 hour minimum). OR
Graduate from a Medical Assistant program without completion of a clinical externship but with a minimum one-year experience in clinical medical assisting within the past five (5) years. OR
Current Professionally Recognized Medical Assistant Certification with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in clinical medical assisting. OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). OR
Licensed Paramedic/Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with at least one-year clinical experience in clinical medical setting within the past five (5) years. OR
Military trained medical personnel with at least one-year clinical experience in clinical medical setting within the past five (5) years.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Current BLS-C upon hire or successful completion by end of orientation.
