Many require assistance with mobility devices. Operating hours for patients are 5:00 am - 9:00 pm and team members 4:15 am to 9:00 pm. Employee schedules are made through several shift designs. Patients are medically managed by 9 Nephrologist and 2 Full Time Advanced Practice Practitioners (APP) We have Registered Dietitians and Social Workers plus a Social Worker Tech that helps with concrete patient needs such as transportation or dietary needs. Unit staffing includes a Nurse Manager, 2 Full Time Nursing Supervisors, many Registered Nurses, and Dialysis Clinical Technicians. We have additional support staff of Biomed Techs and Dialysis Assistants overseen by a technical leader. GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for all aspects of nutritional needs of dialysis patients. Works closely with the interdisciplinary team members in order to care for the dialysis patient.
