management non responsive to reports of infractions in business protocols. company is non compliant with laws that require transparency in disclosing method for calculations commissions. Company is secretive and fluctuates cost of goods to reduce rep commissions. cronyism and manager retaliation.

Lack of upward job opportunities to move into new roles in a remote capacity.

Great insurance programs with many options to choose from and different companies as well.

The company is very Friendly
