Operational Management * Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, cabling, and networking hardware and software products. * Assist the Tier 1 Service Desk in working with end users in the escalation of IT issues in the IT ticketing system. * Maintain servers, security solutions, and all network and hardware equipment. * Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports. * Receive and respond to incoming calls, SMS, and/or e-mails regarding network connectivity problems. * Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems for a variety of end users. Recommend and implement corrective hardware and/or software solutions, including off-site repair. * Maintain proper end-user configuration, IT hardware inventory, licensing, and PC/end-user onboarding and offboarding of all IT equipment, including PC setup, troubleshooting, and security controls.
