Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Architectural engineering program from an ABET accredited four-year program, with some masters' coursework preferred • Master's degree highly preferred • 0-2 years' minimum relevant experience in refining and petrochemical industry. • Knowledgeable in engineering software, such as Staad Pro, SAP2000, SAFE, sp Mats, and Mathcad. • Travel < 25% expected. • Receives direction from more experienced engineer. • Adjusts to varying demands of work and performs well. • Communicates effectively orally and in writing. As part of the infrastructure consulting team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by performing data compilation and analysis, researching, and assisting with report and/or study preparation; adjusting and correlating data; leading research and data collection efforts; writing sections for plans for projects of moderate size and complexity and preparing portions of project documents; serving as a project manager on small stand-alone projects, task leader on larger more complex projects, and/or project manager on on-call task orders; developing client presentation materials, participating in client meetings, and leading the delivery of client presentations; identifying, tracking, and leading small project pursuits and preparing discrete portions of proposals; and participating in industry events. This position will have annual sales goals and client management responsibilities and may also lead a small team of direct reports. To be successful in this role, you must: Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited program and five years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
