Position Summary:
As a Delivery Driver/Class A CDL (Service Representative 3), you will drive a CDL truck and/or tractor-trailer throughout established route to deliver products to customers. Duties include restocking and rotating our products while putting away delivery loads at assigned accounts, establish, and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts, resolve service complaints and special customer requests.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Performs a pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection as required by AZDOT.
Verifies product load-out prior to leaving plant, then drives to deliver product to customer's place of business, collects money and checks from customers, makes change, records transactions on customer receipt and obtains customer signature on receipt acknowledging pickup or delivery.
Endorses all checks from accounts and keeps monies received in a safe, secure place.
Work with Operations Leadership to service accounts; greet customers, refill/rebuild backstock, shelves and displays; prefill and build displays for weekly ad set-up

Follows safety protocol and training while always maintaining safety measures
Required Skills and Experience:
Must be at least 19 years of age or older
Maintain a current/valid Arizona Commercial Drivers License
Must have a clean driving record

Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time customer service-oriented Service Representative. As a CDL Operator (CDL Delivery Trainee) , you will drive a CDL truck and/or tractor-trailer throughout an established route to deliver products to customers. Duties include restocking and rotating our products while putting away delivery loads at assigned accounts, establish, and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts, resolve service complaints and special customer requests.
Shift is subject to availability:
Day Shift - 4/10's: Tuesday through Friday - 6:30am to 4:30pm
Evening Shift - 4/10's: Monday through Friday - 3pm to 1am

As a new CDL Driver with Hensley, you will begin your career in training as a CDL Operator (CDL Delivery Trainee), and start as an hourly non-exempt(eligible for overtime) employee. The training period is typically 30-90 days but may vary based on individual performance and training progress.
Upon successfully completing the training period, you'll be promoted to a CDL Delivery Driver role and be assigned to a route. Additionally, you will transition to an exempt salary(ineligible for overtime) position. With your salary, you will also be eligible for various incentive programs, including a monthly safety bonus and weekly performance bonuses.

The primary role of CDL Driver is to safely and compliantly operate various heavy equipment with a gross vehicle weight over 26,000 pounds, including but not limited to roll-off trucks, tractor-trailers, liquid vacs, turbo vacs, box trucks, and rack trucks with trailers. Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects electronically through Geotab TM & Whip Around TM, as well as communicate issues with Dispatch & Supervisor
Following all laws regarding traffic rules, speed limits, and safe driving practices when transporting hazardous materials/waste
Regularly participate in communication meetings with the team to help drive growth and create a collaborative culture
Performing DOT pre- and post - trip vehicle inspection reports
Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
Follow applicable safety rules regulations, guidelines, policies and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear Assist in the setup, tear down, & decontaminating equipment
Maintain supplies & equipment by properly stocking & restocking in a neat & orderly fashion
Responsible for loading and unloading Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), supplies, vacuum hoses, camlock fittings, box liners, drums, totes, etc. as instructed in JRS or work order

Loading and unloading box trucks with forklifts and pallet jacks
Interacting with customers in a professional manner
Safely handle, package, & transport hazardous materials/waste. This includes loading, unloading, & ensuring all piece/drum counts match all associated shipping documents
Must be prepared to work flexible or extended hours in inclement weather conditions including heat, cold, & humidity
Ability to work a rotating shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. May require out-of-town travel. Length of travel will be dependent on service center and on-going projects
