Participate in on and off premise activations, special events, and other marketing activities. Actively engage consumers and convince them to participate in promotions.
Be knowledgeable of all Hensley products and be able to talk to consumers about Hensley products in an intelligent and professional manner.

Set up and break down promotional events.
Required Skills and Experience:

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Organizes each day for daily sales calls.
Meets with the manager or individual responsible for placing orders at assigned accounts and assesses any changes or activity that has occurred which might affect sales. Also uses this time to advise customer of what is new or may be of value to them in placing an order for delivery.
Evaluates the product already in the account and checks code dates to ensure product freshness.
Fills and faces shelves; maintain shelf pricing; rotate backstock; and update displays with fresh point of sell materials. Organizes any rotation and breakage so that it is easily identifiable and accessible to the driver when delivery is made.
Takes inventory and prepares an order to discuss with the account buyer.
Uses selling skills to book displays and shelf sets, place POS, and place new packages.
Sends orders, requests signs, recaps PFP, and updates contest information through handheld electronic notebook and periodically downloads information during the day; with all orders transmitted no later than 3:30 p.m.
Periodically checks messages and texts to ensure accounts are serviced in a reasonable amount of time (including weekdays, weekends, and evenings).
Continually communicates with managers.
Required Skills and Experience:
Previous beverage industry sales experience preferred but not required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Regularly required to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs and frequently lift over 100 lbs.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Valid Driver's License.
Must have reliable transportation, we will provide vehicle allowance.

What you will do:
Our continued growth has produced a need for a hardworking Life Safety Systems Sales Representative, FIRE Electronic to join our team. In this exciting and rewarding role the responsibilities will include expertly representing the Company with respect to the promotion and sale of Fire Safety/Fire Alarm Systems to Contractor customers and end users within an assigned territory and accounts.
How you will do it:

As an Indirect Sourcing Representative, you'll be a key enabler of Arclin's indirect procurement strategies. You'll support sourcing execution across capital and indirect categories-including MRO, services, and general supplies-working alongside Category Managers, Buyers, and site teams.
You'll lead and support sourcing activities, manage RFx processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective and compliant purchasing. Your work will directly impact cost management, supply reliability, and overall operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute sourcing events (RFQs, RFPs, e-auctions) and evaluate supplier responses in coordination with category leads.
Identify qualified suppliers and manage competitive bidding processes.
Analyze total cost of ownership (TCO), supplier performance, and cost trends to inform purchasing decisions.
Support capital project and operational teams in meeting procurement milestones and deliverables.

In this role you will:
Support customers and seek ways to improve inquiries or issues from customers with empathy regarding financial products and services through a variety of channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat and other lines of communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Training and Work Schedule:

Training class starts on 02/09 for 7 weeks. Training hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. You are required to attend the full duration of this paid 7 weeks of training.
We're open from Sunday - Saturday, Open 24 Hours. Your regular work schedule will be based on business need and will include working at least one weekend day and some holidays. Most schedules will be mid-shift or evening-shift.
