Executive Assistant As an Executive Assistant you will provides essential support to several executive leaders, ensuring the smooth execution of key administrative functions such as calendar management, travel coordination, and high-level communications on behalf of the leadership team. Talent Acquisition Specialist The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in identifying, sourcing and evaluating talent, while effectively assisting applicants through the stages of the Arcwood talent acquisition lifecycle. This role will assist with administrative tasks and functional projects to support the Talent Acquisition team, the Human Resources department and business objectives as Arcwood seeks to grow. Corporate Account Coordinator I As a Corporate Account Coordinator I you will be responsible for providing account management and customer support, acting as the single point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Rail Driver As a Rail Driver you are responsible for driving and operating semi-vans, roll-off trailers and dump trailers as needed. Payroll Coordinator As a Payroll Coordinator you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-state payroll operations for a growing organization. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for payroll and timekeeping systems and will perform weekly and biweekly payroll processing, including managing the data entry process, auditing and finalizing payroll. Billing Specialist The Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Billing team by performing daily activities such as accurate and efficient processing of transactions, invoicing for transportation and waste shipments, and invoicing submissions to customers. This role interacts with other departments, customers, and vendors to ensure invoice accuracy and timeliness.
