Job Purpose
The Manager, ServiceNow Platform is responsible for overseeing the overall IT strategic direction, project execution and service delivery of the platform. The Manager will oversee the ServiceNow application delivery services, planning, development, and deployment strategy, including defining the goals and timelines for ServiceNow projects & enhancements. What you will do...
Defines a portfolio of change and roadmap for ServiceNow. Engages and influences business and IT leaders to ensure the portfolio will deliver agreed business objectives.
Engages in strategic planning with business and IT stakeholders to provide direction, guidance or recommendations on technology.
Management and administration of the ServiceNow application. Act as the product owner for ServiceNow and own the product vision and roadmap.
Leverages deep understanding of product engineering, emerging technologies, and technical capabilities to guide and influence stakeholders and teams in developing solutions, build, deployment, testing and ongoing management of technology services.
Implement enhancements that result in improved productivity, increased efficiencies, and time-saving processes.
Provide strategic oversight by helping to facilitate the business in automating and streamlining their business needs.
Drive continual product improvements and maintain the product roadmap with new ideas based on ongoing user requests, competitive capabilities, and product performance.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related field).
Solid understanding of the software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management
5 years or more of related project experience leading Implementation of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Experience in Agile project management methodology, tools and templates
Understanding of ServiceNow application suite - ITSM, ITBM, ITOM etc

What you will do...

Job Purpose

**Job Purpose**
The purpose of the Tractor Trailer Driver position is to transport, deliver and retrieve assorted construction and heavy equipment and to support the needs of the branch in a professional, safe and timely manner. An individual in this position will operate both commercial and non-commercial vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. He/she performs at a high standard of quality level within the branch and outside of the branch. He/she has mastered the operating standards of the facility, the region and corporation.
**What you will do...**
+ Transport, deliver and retrieve assorted construction and heavy equipment
+ Operate commercial or non-commercial vehicles in a safe, efficient and professional manner
+ Promote professionalism and excellent customer service attitude
+ Perform vehicle inspections before and after pickups and deliveries
+ Ensure all delivery documents are properly maintained during the workday and are available for inspection upon request by management and/or state traffic safety officers
+ Apply knowledge of driving and/or commercial driving skills in maneuvering at various speeds in difficult locations, heavy traffic, inclement weather, mountainous terrain or tight loading dock areas
+ Secure construction equipment and other equipment by means of chaining, strapping, and blocking under the strict accordance and established procedures of the DOT policies
+ Maintain open communication with Branch Manager and/or central dispatch for delivery schedules
+ Observe safety rules and regulations at customer job sites, facilities and other Herc Rentals related facilities
+ Provide training assistance for customers by answering general questions regarding the safe operations of vehicles, tools, or machinery when asked by customer
+ Report to the branch manager or central dispatcher of any damage to Herc Rentals property that is uncovered by the driver during the process of picking up the equipment from the customer
+ Report any and all accidents involving the driver or equipment to Branch Manager or Central Dispatch
+ Promptly report any delays due to breakdowns, weather, traffic conditions, or any other problems relating to timely pickups or delivery of equipment
+ Maintain flexibility in daily routine in order to respond to Management's responses to the customer demands

Job Description Summary
Position Objective:
The HVAC Technician 1 demonstrates a level of professionalism through positive communication and appearance and provides an exemplary level of service to our customers. This role delivers portable HVAC equipment to the customer, demonstrating skills and performance in the use, operation, and repair of all company equipment. Additionally, this role works primarily in the shop to keep it organized, clean and safe and learns how to check in, clean and prepare equipment for rental support other tech staff on large jobs.
Position Responsibilities:
Communicates professionally with customers, managers and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick-ups and service calls
Delivers and installs rented HVAC equipment and trains the authorized operator (and/or customer) on the safe use of the equipment
Directs customers to sign appropriate paperwork; keeps track of serial numbers
Successfully troubleshoots the operation, function, specifications, capabilities and controls of any piece of rental equipment
Operates company vehicle safely and follows all company safety policies
Cleans and tests returned equipment, making sure operation and appearance are up to standards
Completes appropriate paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups and service calls
Installs flexible gas hose on both propane and natural gas applications
Implements proper and safe procedures to check gas connections
Works with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate records and tracking of in-stock and rented equipment
Is on call for emergency service and is available on a rotating schedule for emergency service response calls on weekends and evenings
Requirements:

Job Purpose
The Accounts Receivable Support Service Specialist role assist in various roles, such as customer tax, certificate of insurance and supporting the collection efforts within the Order to Cash Department. The AR Support Service Specialist responds to external and internal customer requests in a timely manner. This role works in the certificate insurance field who have the authority to determine insurance certificate validity and contact agents and/or customers to resolve invalid certificates, within basic guidelines for routine certificates and local accounts. The customer tax role is responsible for assisting the tax department with providing certificate of exemptions documentation to support any given state tax audit assessment and responsible for providing reason for sales tax adjustments. Additionally, the tax specialist is responsible for customer account updates regarding taxing status.
This position reports directly to the Support Services Manager and must have a keen attention to detail, paired with Outlook and Salesforce.com experience.
What you will do...
* Handle incoming customer calls and emails through dedicated accounts receivable hotlines and inboxes
* Respond to all customer requests appropriately within designated SLAs
* Work closely with Order to Cash Department team members in the resolution of more complex customer inquiries
* Assist in special projects and other collection related tasks as identified by management.
* Meet and exceed key performance requirements through recorded phone calls and monthly reviews of customer interactions
* Review and process insurance certificates received from customers, insurance agents, Herc Branches, Collections and Credit Department.
* Ensure that the customer receivables database reflects correct status of insurance information.
* Provide regular communication with insurance agents and customers regarding invalid, expired, or questionable certificates is a must.
* Assist in ensuring Herc remains compliant with state, local and SOX sales tax guidelines
* Process account updates regarding tax certificates received from customers, agents, Herc Branches, Customer Accounts and Credit Departments once Herc Tax Department has reviewed and determined validity.
* Assist with training new employees
* Ensure that the customer receivables database reflects correct status of tax valid or invalid information
* Process sales tax adjustments in supervisor queue ensuring proper support and documentation validate adjustment and audit trail procedures are followed
* Review and Maintain Tax Exemption and Customer Tables within Vertex
* Work on special projects with the team lead
Requirements
* Bachelor - Business-related degree preferred, but not required
* Two to three-year tax background (Not mandatory)
* One to two-year insurance background (Not mandatory)
* One-year customer service experience required, preferably in a collection/call center setting
Skills
* AS400, POS, and BillTrust experience (strongly desired-not required)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty
* Detail and deadline oriented
* Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
* Must have strong decision making/analytical skills
* Possess strong leadership and people skills
* Professional telephone, email, and verbal etiquette
* Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge (strongly desired)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint

Pay Range: $21 - $23.50 an hour
