What's the role?
We are seeking an experienced communications professional to join our People Communications team and lead internal communications across India - HERE's largest employment location.
In this role, you will drive engagement among our workforce in India, manage the internal executive communications agenda for HERE's Chief Platform & Technology Officer, drive functional communications for the Platform & Technology organization and contribute to global internal communications initiatives, particularly across the APAC region.
The role is based in Mumbai and reports to the Head of People & Customer Communications at HERE, based in Berlin.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute the internal communications plan for India, collaborating with local leadership, HR and the global communications team.
Craft clear, compelling narratives and messaging across various channels to keep employees informed and engaged with HERE's strategy.
Serve as a strategic adviser to India Leadership Team on all communications-related topics.
Enhance the visibility and impact of Indian leaders through timely and coherent communications.
Lead the execution of global internal campaigns, townhalls, and communications projects in India, aligning closely with global stakeholders.
Partner with HR in India to drive employee engagement, manage organizational announcements, and coordinate high-visibility communications.
Develop and implement the Chief Platform & Technology Officer's (CPTO) internal executive communications strategy, including messaging, presentations, talking points and leadership updates.
Drive functional communications for the Platform & Technology organization, e.g. townhalls, written announcements, newsletters.
Support the People Communications team's mandates within India and more widely across APAC, creating impactful content and implementing measurement for continuous improvement.
Who are you?
Minimum 10+ years' experience in corporate communications or a communications agency, ideally in the technology or IT sector.
You are a proven communications expert who thinks ahead, connects dots and articulates thoughtful solutions.

What's the role?
