Your Opportunity:
The Herff Jones Customer Service Team is looking for a Seasonal Order Entry Associate to join our HJ Family.
This a full-time, seasonal, onsite position with eligibility to invest into our companies matched 401(k).
The Seasonal Order Entry Associate assignment has the eligibility to convert to a regular, full-time position at the end of the season, depending on work performance, department availability, and customer demands.
At that time, benefit eligibility does include medical, dental, vison, life, continual investment into our company matched 401(k), paid time off and additional voluntary benefits.
Shift: Standard shift is 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Hours fluctuate as needed during peak season including Saturdays and Sundays if necessary due to customer demand. Seasons vary between January through end of May.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact:
The Order Entry Associate is responsible for the daily prep of orders from our customers and sales partners. This position takes a critical thinker with strong basic math skills and the ability to type efficiently and accurately. A strong focus on attention to detail and a balance of priorities will be key to operating successfully in the role.
What We Want You to Accomplish:
Prioritize daily which orders need to be entered.
Input student information into Oracle/Order Manager.
Check each order for completion and math errors.
Rate of accuracy at 95% or better after 2 weeks of training with full audit from trainer.
Rate of accuracy at 99% after 4 weeks of full review.
What You'll Be Doing On A Daily Basis:
Review orders daily.
Verify the package details against prepped package content sheet provided by the Account Specialist.
Verify that the items selected match the math total on the grand total line.
Key in information on the student order form into the system.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous success in a data entry or similar role preferred
Proven success to effectively communicate (listening, writing and verbal)
BEGINNER to INTERMEDIATE skills with Microsoft Office and learning new systems/technology with understanding some work is processed manually
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to operate PC systems (Word, Oracle, Order Manager) as well as follow manual processes such as filing
Strong math skills with the ability to work with a calculator
Previous success in a data entry or similar role preferred

Basic Qualifications
BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.

Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the entire store, including both front end and pharmacy. Supports pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and facilitating returns. Champions On-Shelf Availability and is responsible for receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and all in-store inventory processes. Validates and ensures accuracy of planograms.
Responsible for reviewing and coordinating the proper use of reports and system applications, which have an impact on the accuracy of front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
Responsible for executing and maintaining front end and pharmacy asset protection techniques, and filing claims for warehouse and vendor overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods including prescription drugs.
In designated stores, as required, opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups, required cash handling and cashier responsibilities, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
