Tom Greco joined Advance Auto Parts in April 2016 and has held his current role as President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a member of our Board of Directors since August 2016. Previously, Tom served as CEO and a member of our Board of Directors from April 2016 to August 2016. Prior to joining Advance, from September 2014 until April 2016, Tom served as CEO, Frito-Lay North America, a unit of PepsiCo, Inc. (“PepsiCo”), a leading global food and beverage company. In this role, Tom was responsible for overseeing PepsiCo’s snack and convenient foods business in the U.S. and Canada. He previously served as Executive Vice President, PepsiCo and President, Frito-Lay North America from September 2011 to September 2014 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Pepsi Beverages Company from 2009 to September 2011. Tom joined PepsiCo in Canada in 1986 and served in a variety of leadership positions, including Region Vice President, Midwest; President, Frito-Lay Canada; Senior Vice President, Sales, Frito-Lay North America; President, Global Sales, PepsiCo; and Executive Vice President, Sales, North America Beverages. Before joining PepsiCo, he worked at The Proctor & Gamble Company. Tom is a dedicated supporter of many charitable organizations, including the American Heart Association Heart Walk in Dallas and Raleigh, JDRF, Building Homes for Heroes and United Way. Tom earned his bachelor’s degree from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario and a master’s degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario.

David joined Citi Trends as CEO in March 2020. He has over 24 years of retail experience, most recently as Executive Vice President of marketing, strategy, and ecommerce for Five Below. David was a member of the leadership team that oversaw Five Below’s explosive growth over the past 8 years.

Michael Longo is a Chief Executive Officer at HIBBETT SPORTS INC and is based in Birmingham, Alabama. He has worked as Board Member at Heniff Transportation Systems LLC, EVP at AutoZone, and Board Member at Exide Technologies. Michael works or has worked as Board Member at AutoZone Liberty Bowl. He studied at Harvard Business School between 1989 and 1991 and West Point-United States Military Academy between 1979 and 1983.

Mr. Woodward brings significant experience in developing and managing the growth of consumer brands. Since joining Crate and Barrel in 2015, he has been responsible for all aspects of merchandising, including sourcing, product design and assortment selection for the global omni-channel home furnishings retailer. Prior to that time, Mr. Woodward was Senior Vice President of Licensed Watches and Jewelry for Fossil, where he was head of the Michael Kors watch and jewelry business. He has also served as Executive Vice President and General Merchandise Manager of The Bombay Company, CEO of Illuminations and Vice President of Pier 1 Imports.

Mr. Glassman was appointed the Company's Chairman of the Board in 2020 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2016. He previously served the Company as President from 2013 to 2019, Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2015, Executive Vice President from 2002 until 2013, President - Residential Furnishings from 1999 to 2006, Senior Vice President from 1999 to 2002, and in various other capacities since 1982. Mr. Glassman holds a degree in business management and finance from California State University-Long Beach. He was first elected as a director of the Company in 2002.

Jeff Harris is a President/COO/Founder at Furnitureland South and CEO at Furnitureland South and is based in High Point, North Carolina. He has worked as Executive Vice President at Furnitureland South. Jeff studied at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham between 1988 and 1990.
