Pros of working at Herman Miller

Decent hours, lots of overtime if needed since they're mostly a one shift operation now.

Cons of working at Herman Miller

Extremely small bonuses if we even get one. No raises. Only way to make more money is to learn other people's jobs. Want to move up and become a Facilitator or Machine Technician? Forget it, regular floor people make more money.

Nothing, they are completely out of touch with the regular worker. Condescending and patronizing.
