As Chief Marketing Officer, Kenneth leads brand strategy and go-to-market activities at Hero Digital. He has spent more than 20 years in next-generation marketing consulting and digital transformation fusing data, customer experience, media, and technology. Kenneth’s disruptive, customer-first perspective has helped to create Aetna’s health app, launch Teledoc’s digital experience, establish real-time customer service via Twitter with Delta@Assist, and elevate the AmEx Platinum experience with Centurion Concierge.

Erin Lynch is Chief Creative Officer at Hero Digital. She was SVP Executive Creative Director at R/GA & Attended Skidmore College.

Iser Cukierman is a Chief Financial Officer at Hero Digital, CFO at Verde, and Chief Financial Officer at MVPindex Inc and is based in Austin, Texas. She has experience at Softbank Inc. and has worked as Chief Financial Officer at e MDs Inc, Chief Financial Officer at Virtual Bridges, and Chief Financial Officer at vcfo. Iser studied at The University of Texas at Austin Red McCombs School of Business between 1987 and 1991 and University of Texas System.

Prior to Hero Digital, Tony was a founder and principal at ThoughtMatrix, working with clients such as Cisco, GE, Bank of the West, The Gap, McAfee, Verizon and many others on strategy, architecture, platform selection and implementing their technology initiatives. Previously, Tony was CTO of SBI Razorfish. Prior to assuming the role of CTO at SBI, Tony was a Managing Partner at the former marchFirst, where he managed a technology group of over 240 consultants.

Tony graduated form U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Computer Science.
