Opportunity: Banquet Server Set up banquet rooms and serve food and/or beverages in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests during receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions, and other special events. Overview Lead Banquet team in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Check server and house person Banquet Event Orders (BEO) to ensure that all information is accurate. * Check room set-up to see that BEO directions are completely followed. Ensure that all public areas are neat and clean. * Make contact with group representatives.
