Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms.
Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.

Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.

High School diploma preferred.
Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.

Assist Banquet Manager in the preparing for banquet guests and ensure positive guest experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
**Seasonal position until 01/08/2026**
Communicate with supervisor throughout shift to be aware of the work.
Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest. This includes considerable physical activity in transporting awkward and heavy materials such as staging, tables, chairs, dance floors, etc., from storage area to meeting rooms.
Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water.
Break down all meeting rooms where meetings have concluded and return to storage closet so the room will be available to be reset for the next function.
Maintain established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms and ballrooms so the rooms stay presentable at all times.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of various types of equipment and set up styles used in the meeting rooms. For example: different table types (round, schoolroom, etc.).

Job Overview
Assist sales leaders in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications and sales. Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
Responsibilities
Answer sales office phones when sales staff not available. Respond to all sales inquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner.

Overview
Oversees the Front Office/Guest Services Department. Overview

What You'll Do
The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all housekeeping activities regarding the cleaning and maintenance of the property. This is a high energy role for someone who embodies and values Kimpton culture!
Some of your responsibilities include:
Select, staff, recruit, hire, and train qualified housekeeping candidates.
In charge of scheduling all regular and irregular cleanings Ex: room carpets, upholstery, and draperies as needed, along with annual or semiannual deep cleaning projects and window cleaning as necessary.

Job Overview

Overview
