The environment is warm and feels like a family business than a corporation. Everyone at my location goes the extra mile to not only make sure the business runs smoothly but profitable also.

The pay could be better of course. Not saying I get paid crap but I personally go the extra mile, not to be noticed but to simply give maximum effort.

bosses treat their employees like crap and lie to get their way. they also do big lay offs every year to save money so your job is not a secure job. they just laid off 80 percent of their employees this year and claimed bankrupcty

I work 50 hours a week dealing with people all day and I don't get paid very much for it. I can't even get a raise unless and until I'm in management.

I like working at Hertz meeting new customers and finding there needs & wants. What's great is our managers are awesome.

Nothing really I don't let it bother me I ignore when coworkers gossip behind your back I jus pray for them.

Good amount of opportunity to grow.

The company kept changing too many times that contradicted goals. There was the other issue that the changes had no structured plan to show what made sense.
