In attempting to maintain a positive, family-like culture, they do care about their employees trying to accomodate them when possible. Depending on the manager, you can generally, speak to with them.
There is usually ongoing change happening within the company. While this is necessary and usually a good thing, many of the changes happen without warning, and negatively impact employees.
They give an end of year gift card to all employees.
The CEO himself rarely comes in, but when he does, does not interface at all with the "little people". Most of the management is accessable, and easy to speak with.
When the HR manager was in-house, they had an annual end of year company expo. This was probably costly, but did provide good company unity, and I'd look to bring it back.
