She has worked as Senior Strategic Planning Consultant at Kaludis Consulting, Dean of Students-Chief Student Affairs Officer at Centenary College, and Vice President at Maryland Independent College and University Association MICUA. Lynn studied at University at Albany, Teachers College Columbia University between 1991 and 1999, and The College of New Rochelle.
