Incredible environment ("The HP Way"). Honest management. Great work/life balance. Great work/life balance. Encourage us to just try new ideas. (I met Bill and Dave twice and BOTH thanked ME before I could thank THEM!)
After they passed on, The HP Way was thrown out the door. And to this day HP has little desire to have "older" employees.
Trust in their employees, an encouragement. It makes us better employees and makes us lucky and proud to work there.
